June 30 2010 - New Music coming in the Fall
Looks like the guys in Apathy are taking there break real brief and heading back in to the studio to record some new material. One song in the works is a track called "Hell Is All We Have" a brutal piece music that is nothing like what's on Decade of Violence. Apathy will be recording and producing and somewhat mix, but will keep it as raw as possible. Stay tune!
June 22, 2010 - APATHY Video shoot and the end of the Decade of Violence campaign
Tomorrow night Apathy will be wrapping up there "Decade of Violence" campaign by shooting a LIVE Video by Long Shot Productions. The show will be the bands last show till November. So come down to the show and be a part of the Video. 
May 25, 2010 - Apathy top selling song
It has been reported on iTunes that Machine Gun Rain, Born Into Pain, Disciples Of Chaos, Violent Nature and Plea of Mercy are top selling songs off the bands debut album A DOV.
May 19, 2010 - FALL DATES TBA
Rumor had is it that APATHY will be doing some Fall dates leading up to their show with OVERKILL in November. The guys are looking to get out to places such as Ohio, Michigan, North Carolina the West Coast and the South West. The band will be promoting their current album release "A Decade of Violence" and EP/DVD .
May 13 2010 - New music in the works
A Decade of Violence will soon be a year out and it is still making noise in the U.S., Europe and South America. June 23 the guys will be taking a well deserve break and then they will be converting their rehearsal space into a recording studio. Still in its young stage, the new music is full throttle thrash. If you like Testament "New World Order" Exodus "Fabulous Disaster" and Kreator you are gonna like what we've heard.

On Saturday April 24th APATHY brought there intense metal act to Poughkeepsie, NY. Part of an event called Goshenpalooza, which started last year in Goshen, NY, it is also where front man Pete Wells grew up. Last year it was more of a meet and greet with friends and this
year they made it about the music. "I was so nervous about this show, it was the first time for me playing in front of friends I grew up with, because if we sucked, Oh My God! The shit I would have heard" - P. Wells It never happened and the local area metal heads were will satisfied.

pril 26th 2010 - Apathy prepare for a well deserve break
Apathy will be playing there last show on June 23, but they are "NOT BREAKING UP" they are taking a well deserve break and will be demoing new material for there next album. An Ep is said to be released sometime before Thanksgiving and a DVD they hope to have out in time for Christmas. If you went to Goshenpalooza this past weekend you probably heard some new riffs added to there set! Hmmmm could it be new stuff, guess you gotta come to the next show and hear!
March 14, 2010 - Its the last show!
Apathy members will be wrapping up there Decade Of Violence campaign in June with there last show at The Whiskey Bar in Hoboken, New Jersey on Wed. June 23rd with former band members Jury Marusic and John Titkamason who formed new band Spoonfed. Apathy will take a brief break and begin working on the next installment.
February 25, 2010 - It's official Manny is back with the guys in Apathy
It was confirmed last night that original lead guitarist Manuel Cordova returns. "Yeah Manny's back, we've been talking for a few weeks while practicing for next set of shows, he still wasn't sure and either were we, but after last night, he said he was down to return. He listened to some of the new stuff and was really into it. So hear we are." More to follow in the next couple of days!
February 20, 2010 - Manuel Cordova returns to Apathy
Rumor has it that, original lead guitarist Manuel Cordova has re-joined Apathy for a couple of shows, it's not clear yet if its permanent, we'll keep you posted....read more on the News page.
February 18, 2010 - APATHY DVD Coming soon
Apathy are working on there first ever DVD titled Machine of Terror which is a Documentary of how the band was formed and in depth interviews with all the band members and former Apathy band mates. The DVD will contain shows from '06 - 2010! It's the Metallica (Cliff em all) of 21st century!
February 15, 2010 - Pete Wells doing call signs for Metal Assault Radio
Pete did about 12 takes of sign calling, hopefully one or two will be good for the online radio station Metal Assault Radio and the show Thrashaholica hosted by DJ Shredder. "I was cracking up the entire time. It's cool, but you're all by yourself"
February 13, 2010 -Apathy prepare for some more shows and next album 
Pete Wells and Bill Jameson are psyched about the next set of shows lined up and the next album: "Just got back from practice, a bit rusty but things are good as we are gearing up for some Spring dates. While at practice we went over some of the new stuff for the next album and it sounds so awesome. I can honestly say it's going to be much more brutal! More fire to the fuel. We have this one riff we may play at one of our upcoming shows just gotta write some lyrics. Till then...."
February 21, 2010: Rumor has it that original lead guitarist Manuel Cordova has re-joined the band."Manny has joined the group to do a few shows, nothing is concrete as of now. So if you see Manny's name posted on sites it's because he is the lead guitar player as of right now. He's hasn't played in a while and he wants to make sure as well as the rest of the guys in the band that this what he wants to do. So far practice has been good, we're working off the rust and getting ready for our show in Pennsylvania." - P. Wells

February 7th 2010: Apathy was notified this past Tuesday that they won best Thrash Metal album of 2009 by silencesoloud.com beating out Megadeth, Kreator and Suicidal Tendencies to name a few.

Jan 5th 2010: Happy New Year Apathy friends! The band will be holding a meeting this weekend to discuss whats next for the Apathy Agenda in 2010...The band will finally be introduced to their Manager Mike Schewerdt....The album A Decade Of Violence will be online for purchase in 20 days!

November 19th 2009: Apathy will soon be posting some new video footage up with some commentary from the band...Recently "Machine Gun Rain" was in the top 10 on German radio a few weeks back, along with Slayer's "World Painted Blood"... The band is looking to do some touring on the west coast in 2010, as soon as the dates come we'll let you know...New Merch coming soon for the holidays so be ready to order your apathy tees and hopefully by the New Year, the album will be worldwide! 0ctober 18th 2009: Although the album is out and selling well, doesn't mean the guys are waiting around, they are back to work writing new material while setting up new show dates for 2010. One song that didn't get on the album "Murder Within the Skin" is being overhauled and could make the next installment....Apathy were to do a show with Colorado thrashers HAVOK on Nov. 21 2009 but the show was canceled. Now it looks as if the guys will be heading out to Long Island, NY for a show with DECEASED November 13th 2009...
September 30th 2009: The bands album was supposed to be up for downloads and retail distribution already, but the company HWP has faltered in their contract. A new company called Cliquetrac is looking to pick them up and begin distributing the album soon! We'll keep you posted.
September 20th 2009: Apathy opened up for legendary thrashers WHIPLASH last night in their hometown of Clifton, NJ. A show way overdue for Apathy, the guys along with Whiplash brought the roof down and cleared the bars, all attention was front and center for Apathy. It was a 25minute assault and non stop floor movement, something owner Freddie Dingo has never seen in a long time, especially for a local act. Fans were sing along to the songs Era Of Terror and Violent Nature.
